Q. How close are you to the Beach?
A. We are the closest resort to the beach on Terramar, located just 180 yards from prime Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Q. What type of clientele do you have?
A. We attract a diverse mixture of men. Most are professional men in their late 20’s to late 50’s.

Q. How large is the resort?
A. We are the largest gay men's resort in Fort Lauderdale! We have 36 units, most are larger studios and suites with full kitchens. With a variety of rates.

Q. Do you include breakfast?
A. Yes, a deluxe continental breakfast is included featuring a blend of Starbucks and other imported coffees, bagels, muffins, pastries, fruit and a variety of cereals.

Q. Is your property clothing optional?
A. We have two clothing optional pools, Jacuzzi and rooftop sun deck that is very private. We do not encourage nudity in the common areas of the resort.

Q. Do you have a pool?
A. Yes, in fact we have two very different style pools, one on the North side and another on the South side! The pools are kept at a constant 89° and 85° for maximum comfort and are clothing optional.

Q. Do you have a Jacuzzi?
A. Yes, we have a very large and private oversized Jacuzzi, which is also clothing optional!

Q. How far are you from the bars and clubs?
A. Fort Lauderdale is teaming with great nightlife! Most bars and clubs are located within a 5 to 10 minute drive from the resort.

Q. Do you accept pets?
A. Yes, in designated rooms on the garden level. Pets are not permitted in the main areas, pool area or in the lounge.

Q. How close are you to the airport?
A. We are a short 10 to 15 minute ride from Fort Lauderdale International and about a 45 minute ride from Miami International.

Q. Do I need to rent a car, is there parking?
A. We have plenty of off street parking. With so much to see and do, a rented car will make it easier. We have an arrangement with Gold Coast Car Rental and we can reserve a car for you. We also have a link directly to their website on our reservations page if you wish to book yourself. If not, most major venues are a short cab ride away.

Q. Do you have e-mail and Internet access?
A. Yes, a guest computer is located in the main lounge with free High Speed T-1 access to the Internet. There are also data ports in every room with regular dial-up access. We also offer complimentary wireless internet access throughout the property.

Q. Do you have a gym?
A. Yes, our gym includes 2 tread mills, 2 workout stations and a set of dumbbells. Along with a stereo/CD player and television for your enjoyment and distraction!
